HOW TO GET STARTED

Your best first step is the evaluation.
You can do the evaluation in person with Elaine Kissel or by telephone,
or with Skype
if you are out of state or are unable for other reasons to come to her office.
Elaine works with people from all over the country and sometimes people
 in other counties as well.

It  is  important  for  Elaine  to  know  you as an individual because there is no
one size fits all hypnosis. It is also important that you have the opportunity to
get  to  know  Dr.  Kissel,  and  feel  confident  in  her  ability  to  help  you.
When you meet and talk with her you will soon realize  how  and why she
has earned the trust of thousands of people.

When you register for your evaluation appointment, you will receive a
questionnaire which will not only be interesting  and thought provoking
for you to complete, most people report they enjoy doing it. It will  give
Dr. Kissel important insights, lead  her to ask relevant questions  which
contribute to her understanding of you as an individual.

During the evaluation process she will be assessing your language and
learning styles, how you mentally process your experiences, how quickly
you integrate what you learn, your history and the history of the prblem/s
you  wish  to  overcome;  your  possible  resistances, your  conscious and
subconscious readiness and willingness to make changes,
 and other personal factors.  

Armed with this knowledge  Elaine can determine what kind of method
 will work best for you to achieve hypnosis, and estimate more accurately
 what the frequency and length of treatment required for you to achieve your goals.
 Keep in mid everyone can be hypnotized when the method of induction is
tailored to the individual.

The evaluation is a valuable experience for you as a prospective client
as it is a chance  for you and Elaine to acquire a better understanding
of your problems and how to approach resolving them. It also gives
you an opportunity to get to know Elaine and develop confidence in her.
